Creates the public space where those voices — youth and residents together — get heard. A livestreamed dialogue where communities name what's working, what isn't, and what's possible.  It surfaces what the community is experiencing right now: what's working, what's not, and what's missing. It generates the raw material.

Takes that raw material and turns it into action. The insights from Community Conversations become the problems worth solving. From understanding to vision — community members designing and piloting their own solutions.  The leadership developed in Youth Futures Labs becomes the human capacity to design solutions.
